I have been having a lot ov trouble myself hun,get booted every other msg & kept getting memory loss when clicking on here to answer msgs LOL but im not a one to give up without a fight course went as ok as those kind ov courses could do,looking forward to my next one coz its a "start ur own business course" at least its productive not like the last one LOL Hey i believe you hun you wouldn`t lie to ur lil now would ya

I hope you are keeping well. I am going to try the parsley tea. I thought if I used clingflim it would make me sweat and cause the impurities to come out and also create heat that will ease the pain. It did not work. I saw the cling film body wrap on Judy and her husband. 2 women had two different wraps one one similar to an ancient Egytian one and one plastic for half an hour and assess how much fat they lost. When I used it and I had it for several hours and I did not lose any fat.

I am aiming to lose 9lbs. I am 8 stone 9lbs. I am 5 foot. I would like my waist to be smaller from 29 inches to 24.

I have very small hips and they are only 32 inches and I cannot increase my hip size.

I used to do yoga when I was younger (11) because I thought it would give me big cheeks and big hips (the woman on the front of the yoga book and on the tv series had big rosey cheeks and big hips) but it did not change the shape of my body.

are you mad girl im a size 6 and even at that a size 6 can be to big for me i use a age 13 year olds clothing ...ppl ask me if im anarexic or beaulemic and believe me it aint nice when you can see all your ribs and your hip bones are sticking out a mile...for your height you should be 8 1/2 stone hun dont go under or you will get probs with your kidneys and liver im not preaching to you hun im just talking out off concern as i have these probs and no im not anorexic ,,,

I agree with you hon,when i was a size 10 i was well bony looking.
Now im a 12-14 & much happier,i had weight problems when i was younger (at 14 i was 4 stone) havn`t a clue what i am now coz it aint important...

Thanks for the very kind advice. I have never been on "diets" but have always tried to eat healthly. I have always had a bit of a tum and even when I exercised alot I could not never get a flat tum. I think it maybe they way I walk.

evening all, now then on the subject of weight/size all i would say is be very careful to the reasons for wanting to lose weight, to be honest i dont believe anyone should lose weight or anything unless it is for themselves or medical reasons. If anyone says anything different then it is them that have the problem and not the person that they try to mock.
