Phil Culmer
I'm male, 31, and live in south-east England. I'm a Commis Chef, mainly in patisserie
, but I also do garde-manger (starters) and entremettier (vegetables). I've also worked in construction, various types of engineering, administration, and the usual bits & pieces.
I'm also active at church - I sing in the choir, am on a few church councils, am a deputy church warden and am one of the team that helps out with things like Sunday School and our annual Holiday Club. Marion, our youth work leader, says I'm a bigger kid than any of the children, usually when telling one of the kids not to encourage me. I don't necessarily see this as a bad thing. :)
My hobbies are eating, sleeping, reading, and DIY. Well, not actually a hobby, the last one; it just needs doing, and interferes with the other three. :-P
