The only way you'd get any points in the little quiz would be to live in Cardiff, or be seriously telecommunications mad... and I don't think anyone is quite that mad.

H2G2 is great, I've read lots of really interesting entries so far, and I'm desperately trying to think of something which I could write a decent entry for... but everything I think of seems to have been done.

To think I resisted coming here, and only cracked when it was all I could do from my work PC. So glad I finally caved and took a look.

my son lives in north wales, so when i go and c him, i drive past the sign 2 cardiff, it is about 300 miles each way 2 c him, and i do it in a day :o(
i do about 700 in 1 day, as i only c him for 6 hours.
u can do put a thing on here about ur work, and c who can get points, but thick ppl like me will get no points.

Seriously man, not getting any points on my 'quiz' isn't a sign that you are thick. 118UK isn't listed on the stock market, and they only ever make local news. No one outside of Cardiff has any reason to know that it's NTL who supplies our cable, not Telewest.

I feel for you, having to travel so far in one day.

When I travel up to my parents in Leicester it's a killer, and that's only one way by train... I'd hate to have to drive there and back.

I hope your son appreciates that you'll travel so far, and put yourself out so much to see him, I know I'd apreciate my dad taking the time to come down here, or my mum for that matter.
