Ha, I was shocked to notice that myself, but I soon realised that it must have been the follow post that did it.

How does that list work? How do they pick the postings to average? Sorry for bothering you.

No, as I have explained elsewhere, I am not. I really ought to post the explanation on my member page. Here it is:
R. Daneel is my friend in the "real world", but isn't me. When he registered to H2G2 this fall, he accidentally st up two accounts U201116 and U201118. (You'll have to ask him for the details.) He made one posting on U201116 and then started using U201118 as the R. Daneel acount. More recently, he told me about H2G2 and I was interested. He gave me the U201116 acount, which I called Eto Demerzel. (And yes, this was a joke about the fact that R. Daneel told me about H2G22 and set up the acount for me.)
Long story short--Daneel and I are friends in the "real world", but not the same person.

Ok, sorry.
It just seems to me that you both have very similar ways of 'talking' on h2g2 is all.

I see you're point. I need to cultivate my own style, I guess. It isn't a good idea to be too much like others, then you're superfluous. Though I think I'm a bit more confrontational than Daneel. And there are other differences you'll find, I think.

How ironic!
When I asked you if you and Daneel are the same person, I was 3 quarters of the way through 'Prelude to Foundation' by Asimov, and waddoya know? It turns out Eto and Daneel ARE the same person. Well, in the book at least.
Bonkers!

That's the joke. And you should read Forward the Foundation. Its good, but a little sad.
If I introduce anyone else to H2G2, I may suggest the name Chetter Hummin.
