The life and times of Vieneriffic, Keeper of Palindromes

A horse and man riding the waves I think the picture says it all, really.

But other than gargantuan oceangoing (carnivorous?) horses chasing down ill-fated men on surfboards, I enjoy canned cheese, techno and electronica music, good science fiction novels and bad science fiction movies, poking people in between the third and fourth lumbar vertabrae, and, of course, DNA. I also think that "glorious" is the best word in the English language, and that other languages just don't compare (although I do like learning a few odd sentences in various languages just in case I'm ever stuck in a Spanish-speaking country in desperate need of directions to a discotheque, or in a Germanic country where I might feel the need to declare that my person is in reality various food items). I sing (well), dance (not so well), and play the rubber band on special occasions (for that I have a list of references). I also like nagging people about their grammar, staring at large bodies of water, and learning weird facts to spout out at parties. Dressage is my life, and I have a Level 4 German-imported Hanoverian gelding from the W-line that my world revolves around.

A palindrome is a word or sentence that reads the same forward and backward. My personal favorite? "Tarzan raised Desi Arnaz' rat."

Also, if you have any questions about horses, I don't think it's too immodest to say that I am it.
