a month back had fall on stairs,as a result had ringing in ears, had tests, today doc said ive damaged my ear wall, and its badly inflamed,have to take tabs,serc-16, and ear drops, doc cant asses damage till ear.s swelling goes down, then hopefully i havent damaged the inner ear.

earing loss is out of ten in the left,about 5 or 6,my bad luck againjimxxxxx

Hi jim...serc are really good..i took them for years.It sounds as though things might improve in time,lets hope so.Give them a week to take effect.

ive 48 to take three a day, so in a forntnight or less i,ll have to go back to the docs, and hopefully the drops will clear the swelling in the ear itself.

still ringing,but im getting used to it,its only been a few days, so i hope in a few more days i will see a change.

well the h2 is still active,so im now crossing both my fingers and toes, oh that whas painful lol,

as it was a 3 week bout of flue that got me to where i am now, i aint going past the door,unless by some mirical the rain stops long enough for me to head for the shop at the end of the street, im low on milk, and just eatten the last crust from the loaf.

with me watching the tv, in the braeks i can acsess the emails/h2g2.so i dont miss a message now i can see most everything again lol.

ive just had my dinner, after a morning at morrison,s using my last pennies to get stuff for the freezer, i wasnt till i got back and checked my receipt(which i dont normally do)that a two for one item had been taken off, then for some reason, it ended up back on, £1-99,isnt chicken feed to me, so i rang and i can get it off the next time i go to the marketjimxxx

All the millions that are being spent,and without the people things won't improve....that money could be spent on equipment that's needed in our hospitals,and on facilities for elderly .

im in a delemer,i can go to scotland from sat to mon, this week or next,it would take 5 hours on n,express.£20 return with my pass.

or on the train change at preston, 4hours,about £40 to £45 pound.the train is more comfort, the bus 1 hour is a lot.

then there is could i manage such a long trip, is it worth the few days, you see what i mean.

now ive a second delemer, if i go this week it will be just john,if i go next week his lass will be there from dundee.this week is footy, so weekend will be mad here with ratface and his mates, he,s inviting some to watch the match on a wall projected tv pic,

i cant say im overjoyed at the 5 hour trip, but if i can, i,ll take a nap till the first service station on the way.

my bags packed, only last minute things to go over tomorrow morning, at least it ill be after 12 midday, and not early morning when i set off,

i should be back in the house for 9pm on the 15th, if the bus coming back is on time,and as you said, if the weather stays ok,

its now just after 9-30am, im packed and ready as i can be.

so it could be the 15th or 16th till i get back on, unless i can find a library with an active pc i can use,fingers crossed.
