Busy? I told a friend the other day that I seem to be strangely busy without ever actually doing anything. Which seems to sum things up atm.
This weekend will mostly be taken up cleaning and painting next door. Fun, fun, fun!

We've been busy for weeks, ... bitsd of painting of the living room, my Dad's 70th b-day, a wedding in Kitchener, the season has passed and we have no idea where, ...

Well, you may have noticed that summer has long since passed. As has my old "persona", the Reverend Something or Other (U673784). I tried to be light-hearted, foot-loose and a play-mate amongst the "United Friends". But simply put, it just weren't me, nor did the work hours allow. So a new account that is just me, plain old Nick lives. Ah well...
Meanwhile, being a mostly-passive follower of the Ask H2G2, and the Forum, threads, (and very rarely posting) I see that you are actively afoot and defending your own principles, ideas and friends. And have made a very "close" friend through this place. 
Congrats in all directions.
If you feel a notion to, don't be shy, drop a note sometime.

I had pondered a "well done" thread there. But then thought that perhaps any new threads there would be better used as a 'dispute resolution' zone. And this thread has been lying idle for quite some time.

I wander a lot of threads, kinda bouncing from zone to zone. I frequently encounter such interesting journals or discussions. But in most cases, as in this one, the vast majority of people involved do not know me at all and are quite likely to ignore any comment and move on. As happened the dozen or so times that I did post in earlier times.
