Just posted something in response to what you put on the Best Railway Conversation site.With you saying there is still some of the old infrastructure still in situ around the Ampleforth/Helmsley area,I take it you live in the area.Live in Scarborough myself.If you do live in North yorks,do you ever get to the North Yorks Moors Railway?
