JWF This link will not work for this particular researcher as she is using h2g2 via the cable tvemail service.

The researcher can only knows who is on-line by having her page in plain skin and not Alabaster. Alabaster is alright if you are a pc user but not if you are using this service through a tv cable digibox email service.

Albaster has a white background but plain skin has a grey background. You are in Alabster skin now as everyone starts off with that skin.

eveyone has a nickname here as it is easier to identify peope with. Go into prefernces delete your researcher number & put your nickname in. scroll down an click on to update deails.
