Good Morning Michael, thanks for your lovely message, 's and How are you? Did you have a good evening and sleep well? I did, I chatted to a friend last night and laughed so much I had tears rolling down my cheeks! I slept well too. I woke early and got up at 7.30, however, after I'd cleaned my teeth I was so cold I jumped back into bed and fell asleep for another hour!
