My aches and pains are much better now thanks. I was up early this morning (not as early as you!) and after my shower came down to let the dogs out, the sun was streaming in the conservatory. It really makes you feel good.
I'm seeing my Mum later and walking the dogs. Not much else planned as yet.

Hi Michael, I am so pleased you had a good trip. Thanks so much for messaging me. I hope you enjoy your day and that you have a safe trip home. I have had a nice day, chatted with a friend and did some jobs this morning, then, after lunch I went to my Mums. She was ok and is always pleased to have company. I did some cleaning etc for her and had a nice chat and cup of Afterwards it was walk time and it was just like a summers day. Everyone was out walking, with dogs, children etc. The sun really brings people out. The dogs enjoyed their walk as always.
Going to relax tonight, have a bath and put my feet up. I look forward to chatting with you again tomorrow.

Im to hear that you did'nt sleep well last night but glad your aches & pains have gone now. Ive sorted my things out, so im having 5mins then i will go & wash the car down. I might go and have a drink tonight at a place called Stourport, there is a nice pub there just by the River Severn. It takes about half hour to get there from where i live. anyway heres a nice cool for you put your feet up for a while & don't do to much as you did'nt have much sleep. Yes I enjoyed my lunch, I had it out, and it was excellent. How was your chicken lunch? I'm glad you got all your stuff sorted out. I expect you got the car washed, does it gleam now? lol. Hello Cazz,Im glad you have enjoyed your day & your lunch out. I enjoyed my chicken lunch. My car looks better now ive washed it. Im thinking of having it resprayed in a couple of months time as its blue now & im thinking of having it sprayed black Its an E reg Vauxhall Cavalier 1600cc. Ive had it 2years & its never let me down. Ive changed my mind as to go for a drink at Stourport as im a bit tired. so i'll have a lager in the house. I must have drove nearly 190miles y/day.

Im not to bad today thank you, my shoulder is still a bit stiff.
I got up at 3:30a.m. for a & i slept well when i went back to bed but
did'nt get up till 8:30a.m. I did have

Good Morning Michael, here is a nice glass of for you. I got your email last night, thanks. The system was terrible and was driving me crazy. It was still playing up this morning but at least I managed to get on here.

It has been lovely and sunny here. I got my jobs done this morning and then it was time to take Mum out. She enjoyed her outing and lunch. Then it was dog walking time and as the tide was out we were able to walk on the beach, it was pretty quiet and the dogs had a great time running about. Charlie had his trusted boomerang toy with him!
Well, I'm going to tidy up and then get settled down for the evening. It has been a busy day and I am ready to chill out for a while.
