*lol* ah, yes now, it's no secret. I live in Switzerland and 70% of the people here speak German. So do I.

That sounds funny *grin* Am I right in assuming that German is not your native language?

Actually, English is my first language... but in unison with English, I was taught German and Spanish... but I left Europe before I began any instruction... so I could only speak German, and not write it (but I could read it) and Now I have forgotten Spanish almost entirely... But I'm taking classes, and I'm getting the hang of it once again

You and I could probably have a good German conversation in person, just not over the internet...

Where do you live then?

I live in Florida... It was nice and cold here for a week or so, but now it's hot again... nice weather for the beach though...

Ah, Florida! Tell you what, tomorrow week I'm off on a skiing holiday!

That's great! have you ever attempted snowboarding?

Ah, no, see, I started downhill skiing only a couple of years ago, before that I only did a bit of cross country. But my kiddies both are snow boarding.

It's very entertaining, although i don't get to do it as much as I'd like... seeing as I live in Florida and all that...

I really would like to go back to England and Germany... and Spain too, because I have no recollection of it whatsoever

Well, I feel too old to start snowboarding. Anyway usually there's not nuch snow where I live, you have to go up to the mountains whenever you want to do some skiing. But surely you haven't as far to go as if from Florida! But then, there's no beach where I live!

Well I suppose that surfing and skateboarding can serve me just as well as snowboarding except that right now the surf conditions are completely sterile... I'm sorry about your lack of beach, btw...

Well, you can't have everything. I'd rather have the beach, you'd rather had the snow....

Actually... I think I'd rather have the beach too... It's been so long since I've last seen snow I've forgotten what color it is

I think I might go to the beach this saturday, It's been so nice outside...
