About::Jitter [2^5 + 2^3 + 2^1 = 42]
Well, I call myself Doc Jitter. When I first came here, it said I was Researcher 218238. Hm, I like this number somehow (not as much as 42 though). However I prefer to be Doc Jitter.Not that I were a real doc, oh, no. Remind me to tell you how I came to use that name
One o' these days I'm gonna tell the story, truly....
Now why did I join this community here? I've known Douglas Noel Adams for ages, in fact I've been reading and re-reading his Hitchhiker stuff time and again for several years now. But now... well it's like this. I went to visit my mother who is in hospital. Because there's snow on the roads I decide to travel by train. And because I have half an hour to kill while changing trains I go in this book shop and see if they have anything for me to read and I find The Salmon Of Doubt. I buy a copy, I start reading - only stopping very briefly to join in here.....
If you now think I'm talking gibberish, well, I have to come clean on one thing: English is not my native tongue.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
