clzoomer- a bit woobly

I know you aren't visiting Vancouver Island but I thought you might like to see where I'm from originally:

This is the stop over you might want to make, the city of Osooyos is fun- but it is out of the way of the direct route:

No matter which way you go you will be near a winery or two:

This is more on Vancouver with some links about accomodation, tourism things, etc.:

Howdy cl zoomer. smiley - ok

Hope you won't mind, but the title of your thread here encouarges me to add a few more links to sites extolling some of Canada' virtues which our rolling travellers might enjoy.

Algonquin National Park has been discussed in a couple of threads as a highlight to enjoy between Montreal and Owen Sound:

http://www.algonquinpark.on.ca/

Owen Sound in the Bruce Peninsula area:

http://city.owen-sound.on.ca/tourism.htm

http://www.brucepeninsula.org/

And of course round Montreal:

http://www.montreal.com/

And Ottawa (silicon valley of the north):

That oughta keep them busy for a while.
And if it raises any questions or interest I'd be glad to help find further info.

Amy Pawloski, aka 'paper lady'--'Mufflewhump'?!? click here to find out... (ACE)

*also taking advantage of the title of the threadsmiley - winkeye*

Here's Sutter's Fort, one of the 2 places that I suggestd elsewhere as being something in Sacramento that I should likely get around to checking out, and having you 2 visit's a good excuse... (I even know where it is, because I pass it on the way to w*rk everyday...) http://www.parks.ca.gov/default.asp?page_id=485

And the Crocker Art Museum, which is a place i'm told I must go (plus it, unlike the fort, would be air-conditioned...smiley - winkeye) http://www.crockerartmuseum.org/
