but I noticed that if you changed your nickname slightly to "Draculine" it would be even closer to being an anagram of your original one from elsewhere. Of course if you changed your previous one to "Dulcinear" it really would work! It's rather a nice set of letters. You can be "Linear Duc" (like an Egyptian script but extra quackers, or the other way round to be a French noble).
Your Roman 42 doesn't quite work. You missed an M from the subtraction and you are not allowed to prefix all things that way. MMIII - MCMLXI = XLII might be OK. I'm still a bit sad that h2g2 missed the chance to label last year m2i2 on the site pages.

thanks for your note... you are right i forgot a thousand.. but i prefer the version of 50-8 as it allows me to use the V for Vlad.. i think it may be a mute point which way round we do this.. like some people use IV while others use IIII.. there are just too few romans around these days ... we romanians seem to be better survivors... it may be due to the stake we have in everything...

i am very pleased to meet you hushpaw... i am afraid i will only seek to encounter royalty when i can display my dragon skills gracefully.. i am still working on honing my fireworks, glide-swooping from great heights and tail-pirouettes... in the meantime would you present my compliments...

That's odd. 
I usually howl at other people - though during a full moon of course. 
I have even learned how to operate a telephone in order to do this. What's more I have managed to operate the people via this technique in order to make them go out and look at the full moon. What lunatic power of suggestion!

It seems quite effective to me. It even works with whole buildings in the way and one doesn't get many clouds indoors.
