Jez came across your post on popular misconceptions thought I'd drop in to say 'hi' to a fellow roleplayer.
My real names Greg and I've played most RPGs you can name, currently though only have AD&D, Call of Cthulu, Lord of the rings and a World of Darkness (Mage+Vampire+Werewolf) on the go. Yourself?
Pratchett fan as well? Muchos impressed. Which is your favorite - Mine is 'the truth'
And magic? I'm beginning to suspect someone cloned me (or vice-versa) I'm one of the few players left who builds creatureless decks, but then I don't own any cards after fifth so these new fangled super-creatures beat most of my creature decks.
Warhammer is a bad habit. Not a bad game but GW are complete rip off merchants, when a game deteriorates to who has the most money I tend to duck out.
btw someone in the park explained to me why roleplay games are Satanic. Satan is mentioned in the bible (shcok-horror) and one of the forms he is described in is a dragon. Thus if there is any reference to dragons in an article (as there are in most rpgs) it is satanic.
I wonder what he'd make of your name
