I'm off to Exeter tomorrow, got myself an interview for a PGCE (teacher training) course and I'm rather excited. Blew a lot of my Student Loan on shiny things yesterday (I now have a beautiful suit) which was very fun, but I'll be skint over Easter as a result, which is less fun.
But I don't care, I've got an interview at my first choice place

I used to spend a lot of time in Exeter. Granted, it was a pub of that name in Adelaide, but it was still a nice place to be.
Good luck!

The interview went rather well, despite a few mishaps on the day (mud and brand new suit pants made an unfortunate acquaintance) and I like the place a lot.
I'll find out if they want me within the next couple of weeks.
Moving all of my stuff down there is going to be a bit of a nightmare though

Pity about the mud - but even that could have been worse...
Moving is a pain, but long-distance moves are really annoying. I've done three of them. The simplst way to cope is to remind yourself that everything will be New and Exciting once the move's over.

I managed to overcome the situation by running to the nearest loos and cleaning the mud with my towel, it worked which was pretty fun and I had some excitement to take my mind of the nervousness
