Hey folks,
I read the note about Gary's AOL addresses... My Internet connection has a limited functionality; I can use http, other things are complex or plain impossible. I haven't quite figured out how to do the rest...
In a few weeks time I'll leave Moscow and return (for a week) to my own house; then things become a lot simpler. (believe me.. over here nothing is simple)...

oh rats,A friend of ours describes Aol as the McDonalds of connections-I agree,I`d much rather have earth-link-could the 2 of you talk via my h2g2 connection? Assuming he`s too pig-headed to sign up on h2g2 for himself?? Neugn

Yeah, no problem.. and the McDonalds remark is probably correct.. 's I plugged in a network connection that probably should not be here..(not sure who owns it or who uses it).. sniffed my way through it's settings and connections and defined my Internet connection. Works perfectly but I hesitate to ask for support for additional features.. (
