Thanks for starting those threads and getting the community talking again.

Thanks also for putting the update in the IC Update thread. I'm in the process of turning that into the blog. I liked your idea of summerising the action so far - I'm afraid I have just lifted what you've written so far really.

Which brings me to the fact that my updating activities are taking a bit of a battering due to being a new mother and I wondered if I could solicit your help rather. Or rather, enthusiastically encourage you to keep it up. I know that communication is something you think is important, and so do I, but unfortunately I haven't got the time atm to keep up with everything that's going on onsite, which, as I'm sure you can appreciate is a problem.

So if you think there's something going on in the community discussions, or any new discussions opening up that you come across, please could you (keep) posting them in the update thread? I'll follow your lead there.

I'm also going to contact Bel to try to get the blog updates in the Post, which I really should have done earlier. If there's anything else you think we could be doing in terms of info dessemination, please let me/us know.

Oh and the FAQ. Would you like me to direct people to you if they think of questions they want answering, or have you started a page people could leave comments? Hang on, I'll have a look...

Course that could be a thread in Ask too. It's nice to have someone who isn't committee helping out with Ask. Very frustrating was not being able to use ask...

It occurred to me that what with the backlog, the FAQs and keeping convos going, it is a little bit cheeky of me to say pleeeeaaassseee heeeeeellllppp meeeeeee too. Sorry. Especially as I know that RL stuff kept you out of the thick of it initially.

I'm delighted to be of any help, and glad you can use the update info I posted. I'm more than happy to keep posting updates in Ask and on the IC update thread from what's happening in Ask etc My only problem is that my available time is very haphazard and I usually don't know ahead when I'm going to get over busy in RL. I'll encourage other hootooers to help too.
