Little change to Ko-ro-ba
Posted Jan 29, 2003
I have got very upset with Gor, and made up my mind that I will only read the novels of John Norman now. I have found that online Gor has become a male joke. "Nothing against men I may add."
Ko-ro-ba will be my little city, and every one is welcome. Just in there, and have fun. I am not making the mistakes of Lara, Tatrix of Tharna. (another Gorean city) She looked at men as beasts, and the free women of Tharna had to wear silver masks. So men could not look at their faces. Lara wore a gold mask. She ended up a collared slave, and if it wasn't for Tarl Cabot, the man she tried to have killed. Lara would never of been back on the throne of Tharna.
Now there is a lesson to be learned from this. Men do come in handy sometimes. Hahaha Only joking guys
Now Daria has a little question. The with the fever, wants to know something. What do you think of d/s, BDSM, and the like I am really interested, and would to know what you all think.
Now only clean replies Pleaseeee... I don't want to be all up, and have to get my out.
If you want to enter my city, and have a laugh, and a or even a cup or the lot. Then just click right here A928163 and lets have some fun. You can the night away.
But I will be back right soon. Got to for now. See you all later.

Now I'm thinking, what else can I do?
Posted Jan 13, 2003
I have added some links to both this page, and the city of Ko-ro-ba. I am thinking about a Tavern, but not sure its worth doing that yet. I might just have a walk around, and see what others are doing. H2G2 has kept me busy, this last couple of days.
I do love to write, and being busy does me good. I think a lot better when I have things to keep me going. H2G2 has certainly helped me there. I have seen a lot of writers with talent already, and that makes me feel good too. I am happy here, and feel better already.
What a shame about Morris Gibb. That is the second brother that is no longer with us. But to think of the pleasure they have given us, with their music. My heart goes out to his family. He will be missed.
More bad news too, but I wont comment on that one. It wouldn't be fair, because I don't know the facts. So I will leave it at that.
Roxanne is doing well, that pleases me too. She has taken to this like a duck to water.
Oh never mind, I better crack on. Talk to you later.

I think of Gor, and my City of Ko-ro-ba
Posted Jan 11, 2003
I have been thinking of creating Gor on h2g2, and my city of Ko-ro-ba.
Now what will I need? I have my first girl, and head kajira roxanne. But this will be a Gorean city, and a city needs people. This is where you come in. I will be using the ideas of the author John Norman, and creator of the Gor series. But from now on it will be my own creation, and wont be kept word for word by the books. It will be my Gor, how I would like it to be.
John Norman wrote it from a male point of view, and as we all know, we don't always agree with each other. I do respect, and thank John Norman for a well written series. No doubt about it, without him Gor would never of been born.
I will want city officials, advisers, Officers of my army, initiates to the Priest Kings. (like priests) Tavern owners, Free Men and Free women. Kajira, (female slaves) kajura. (male slaves) I will need an army. Tarn keepers, Tharlarion keepers, Sellers. Every one a city would need to run smoothly.
This will be a Gorean community, and could be fun. It will be there for all of us, that want to take part. The Gorean city of Tharna, had a Tatrix that ruled it. A Tatrix is like a Queen. But Tharna was a drab and depressing place. Ko-ro-ba will be the ruling city of Gor, and Tatrix Daria of Ko-ro-ba will make it so.
If I can pull this off, it will be a lot of fun for any one who wants to take part. I love the Gor theme, and know only too well what fun it can be. Don't let the word slave put you off. Kajira are very special, and trained to high standard. This will be a community that is for intertaining people, and just good clean fun. I cant do it with out you, so your help will fall on pleasing eyes.
Thank you all.

I have been really busy

I have been really busy in my other Yahoo group. It now seems people wish to join it, and be a part of it. I have been busy answering messages. At least I wont get bored. Nothing worse than boredom.

As I stated above, I am a great fan of John Normans books of Gor. The books follow the life of Tarl Cabot, whoes father goes missing when Tarl is a baby. Later when in his 20s, he finds a metal envelope while camping in the US mountains of New Hampshire. He finds that he is the only person that can open the metal envelope. The thumb print on the back of it, matches his own, and pushing down on it, he opens it. The letter inside is from Tarls father. Dated some three hundred years ago, and Tarl opened it on the same day it was sent. Later the envelope explodes into flames, just like it stated it would. Tarl is then transported to the planet Gor, by a spacecraft, sent by the Priest Kings.
Once on Gor, he meets his father, and is trained as a Tarnsmen. He enters into the cast of Warriors, the last of the high casts of Gor. Tarls father being the Administrator of the city of Ko-ro-ba.
Gor is slightly smaller to its sister Earth, and is on the other side of the sun. The Priest Kings being like Gods on Gor, and in control of the technology there. The sword, the cross bow, and long bow, being the weapons of the warriors. The Tarn, a great bird that can never be fully tamed, and is the steed of the Tarnsmen. A warrior that shows fear to his Tarn, often becomes a light snack for the bird.
The other steed for a warrior, is the Tharlarion. There are many breeds of Tharlarion on Gor. The animals being different to those on Earth. They are much like the prehistoric animals that once roamed Earth.
Gor has three Moons, and many cities. The people are made up of what we call the Free of Gor, and the slaves of Gor. That is my little run down on Gor. I do not want to spoil things for you, for you might wish to read the books some time. There are 26 in the series, and if you like science fiction, you will love these.
John Norman started something, when he wrote the Gor series. With the computers, came online role play, and Gor become a good role play media for people like myself. For me it was a replacement for online D/s/BDSM. I found Gor much more erotic and sensual, and more fun to take part in. Some people are actually living it, in their real lives. Just like they do with BDSM, or D/s.
In role, my other half is a Ubar, and I am »Übårå¤Ðåriå¤Øf¤Gør« . Whe have our kajira, (Gorean slave girls) and they serve us well. I might even start up on here, if people become interested in it. I will have to talk my other half into starting an account here, and maybe my kajira.
Be well, and look forward to hearing from you.
