Hi Manda, and thanks for the warm welcome (and as far as names go, mine's not real either... well, you probably guessed as much ). I do have a quick question: Is there any official h2g2 link banner or button that I could stick on my own website (won't guarantee loads of extra traffic)? And if not, can I 'borrow' some graphics from h2g2 to create my own link graphic, or would that be illegal?
I could probably ferret out the answer myself if I really tried, but it's my first day here, and I'm still a bit overwhelmed by the size and complexity of the site. Thought you'd probably know.

unfortunately the answer is no to the official banner to link to h2g2 because they have to put the BBC logo onto everything they produce, and they don't want their logo on unauthorised web pages. sorry but that's the rules.
and they don't really condone Researchers using h2g2 graphics on their personal web sites, although if the graphic you have your eye on was designed by one of our Community Artists, it would be up to the artist to grant permission.
