if your talking about southern comfort you have won a permanent place in my heart...well you already had but lets not quibble
no such thing as too much free spirit...may be awkward but it is never boring who wants to be just content

told him what i thought should happen and what i need to do it and he quickly backed off

I have my first session with my personal trainer Mathew in the morning. So I don't have one at the moment. I met Mathew on Friday, he seems a nice lad.
