sorry just had someone here trying to suck my brain...completely unsuccessful told him what i thought should happen and what i need to do it and he quickly backed off
yeah whats the point just being content better to burn out than to fade away

I have my first session with my personal trainer Mathew in the morning. So I don't have one at the moment. I met Mathew on Friday, he seems a nice lad.
