You can click on Z's name at the top of the other post and you can reply in that same thread by pushing the reply button at the bottom of that posting.
By the by, just wanted to say hi...you seem an interesting person 
Some new features have been added that weren't here before so we're rather happy about them, like the little eyes next to a person's name in a conversation. They mean that the person is online at the moment, in case you were wondering.
