Hi there,
I went over to have a look at your space intending to thank you again for reviewing my article on the Kruger park....thanks again.

Having read through your notes i was fascinated by your hobby of writing to celebritys.

The fact is that i am currently doing a couple of journalism and freelance writing course. Apart from the fact that one of my assignments requires me to interview someone 'famous' i am much more interested in doing features as opposed to covering day to day news as an ongoing project.

With that in mind i would really like to interview differant people.....not necessarily the Beckhams and Blairs of this world....more likely their lesser known peers, but i have not got a clue how to go about arranging this sort of thing....over and above simply making contact and asking them for an interview.

I was wondering whether you would be so kind as to helping me out with a few tips in that respect, you have clearly mastered the art of approach and i would be utterly grateful if you would share that skill with me.

how are you going to get hold of their addresses? and how do you know these addresses aren't fake?

The questions would vary according to who i was speaking to....the reason i would do it would be to write something that is sellable.....having said that i am not interested ion being some kind of tabloid journo, i would like to write features, or in this case profiles with an angle that would suit the subject and be mutually beneficial.....for them it could well be an additional form of marketing of them selves....maybe...i dunno, just trying to answer your question

I don't think it would be too hard to get their addresses at all, and i would be asking for face to face interviews.

I know what you mean by the enlargement mails and other such things...do these people really believe they are read?....do people ever read them ?...wacky world!!
