Hi,
I am very impressed --you seem to be able to write something witty in no time!
I also listened to two of your songs-- I am learnig how to drive!
I really liked the music and the words, and you have a very good voice! ( sorry, my English is so poor, and 'good' is very neutral word!)So I use !!!!!!!! instead.
I will show my son Dmitri your limerick website, as he is obssessed with math, especially binary numbers,pi, the odds of winning, I am sure he will like math related rhymes.
He also likes SUDOKU.
Can you write "A Sudoku " limerick?
What advice can you give to a 8 year old boy?
When did you start writing poetry? and dark

Sudoku is truly inspired:
Try it once, and your interest is fired.
Though it's logically solved
And has numbers involved,
There is no mathematics required.
If you are interested in betting odds, you might like to read my entry A1084673 "How to Gamble and Win".
I can't remember when I started to write verse; I've done it on and off since I was a child, though getting involved in OEDILF http://www.oedilf.com a few years back stimulated my efforts greatly.
Good luck to Dmitri! When I was 8 (1960) I played the ukulele. My grandson is 8 now, and he plays the cello. I also learnt a memory trick by which you can memorise the expansion of pi or any other number to any number of places http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mnemonic_major_system

Sorry, I was 8 in 1956! I was 12 in 1960. I just lost count there for a moment.

Hi,
Thank you for your limerick and your web addresses.
Dmitri says: "Though you don't need mathemetics to solve sudoku, mathematical logic can help" from FBB and Dmitri

Yes, I agree! But a lot of people think they are no good at maths because they have been taught to fear it and distrust themselves. People who are "no good at maths" can be demons at Sudoku!
