They don't really upset me, they just confuse me, sometimes they give me insights in to what I'm really feeling and what I need. I might put what I think they mean, but this is more for me, to remember my dreams on, than for people to read, unless they have an interpretation of them, I'd like that. (Apart from the reincarnation one - that left me terrified for weeks, and the one where I died and mum joined me in the afterlife and could hardly remember me - I woke up crying like mad)

I think they are a window into your subconsious, they let you get to know yourself better. But sometimes they are for your brain when it's bored - esp. lucid dreams where you can control your actions.
Hi dreamer....
manda1111 Posted Oct 24, 2002
I have heard about the dreams that you can control but I have never had one, have you ?
I have also heard of people that can wake them selfes up in the middle of a dream The only time I wake us is when it scares the s**t out me

It depends how tired I am on whether I can control myself in my dreams - sometimes I can if im not very tired, but it's rare. And I can force myself out of a dream if I think I'm late for something, but it feels really weird when I wake up. Have you ever had a dream where you fall and hit something and you really feel it and wake up and still feel like it? That's when there's a sudden change in your blood pressure.
Hi dreamer....
manda1111 Posted Oct 24, 2002
I have never hit anything after a fall,I allways seem to jolt myself awake, and that feels weird
I have the dreams where I am runing away from a train and it dont matter how fast I run I dont get any where, and then I wake up sweating thats surpost to mean something I think

Yeah I have dreams like that, usually about trains too, although with some people it's cars or drowning. I think it means that you feel impotent about a situation, something you can't get away from. With me though, I can't help falling onto the tracks, then I crawl up again, but I just fall back with no control over my body.
Hi dreamer....
manda1111 Posted Oct 25, 2002
I never fall ON the tracks but sometimes I am at the side of the tracks trying to scramble up the side of a steap embankment, same thing no matter how mutch I scramble I dont get anywere,I had a bad experience with a train when I was 3 so you can imagin how it fritens me at the time of the dream
The ones I do like are tha ones were I can fly, I just do a little run, open my arms and jump in the air,I fly over woods and parks, and every one is looking at me
After that one I wake up with a smile on my face

Yeah, I should put flight on my common dreams bit. you had an accident with a train... Nasty, what happened? I found it harder to fly as I got older...
Hi dreamer....
manda1111 Posted Oct 25, 2002
It was not a accident,I was 3 and we was going on a train trip,we was on the platform, I wondered to the end of the platform and all of a sudden there was this big monster comeing after me, makeing a big noies and with fire coming out of its mouth( steam train ), it hit me and knocked me over (It was only the wind off it but at 3 years old I did'nt know that )I got up and ran like s**t,apparently I ran so fast that I was off the platform and half was up another track before anyone could catch me
If you want to put a smiley in your post tings there is two ways of doing it
first the short code work, like : ) = and : ( = (just miss out the spaces)
or if you click on any smiley that you see like this one it will take you to the smiley page, just pick the name of the smiley that you want and put it in and it will turn into a smiley, so < biggrin > will be
if you need any more help just ask

cool, cheers for the smiley advice. I had an incident with a train quite recently.. I was doing a photography project, and rather stupidly I decided that a photo of the tracks would look good. I didn't go on the track (scarey) but I climbed up to the railing (on a bridge) and by the time the train was coming I didn't trust myself to climb down without being scared and falling off, so I hung onto the fence with my legs and arms, and this train came blaring it's horn a couple of inches away from me... I was shaking so much on the way down I nearly fell off.. Wont be doing that again in a hurry!
