Glad you slept well last night:0)
and had a good evening. My evening was ok after my shoulders
stoped aching. Ive been up since 6:15a.m. i could'nt get back to sleep when i woke up and i was hungry. I had 2 toast and a cuppa then put chicken in, thats now cooked. Heres a for you. I might cut the privet edge in the back garden later, its 60ft long & 5 foot high. Its nice and sunny here too today. Anyway ive gave the cats a cuddle for you, give Charlie Holly a cuddle for me please. I hope you have a good day in whatever you do and you enjoy your lunch.

Hi Michael, thanks for the message, 's and refreshing My day has been ok up to now thanks. Done a few jobs around the house and just got in from walking the dogs. It is a beautiful day and it was lovely walking down by the beach. The dogs loved their cuddle thanks.
WoW that is one hedge you have to trim! Did you get it done? At least the weather was good for you. You'll be ready for a nice cup of now.
I'm glad your shoulders eased up last night, I hope they are alright today. Did you enjoy your chicken dinner? I haven't had my main meal yet, but it won't be long now.

My day as gone well I did'nt get to cut the hedge as my neighbour and i do it at the same time. He does his side i do mine but he as asked me to do it in the week as he wants to cut it down to 4feet high fro 5 foot. Ive agreed with that as he is a good neighbour. Thank you for the tea very nice just how i like it xx. Im glad it was nice for you taking your dogs for a walk. Its been nice here but cool now its gone a bit cloudy looks like it might rain in the night:0(. I enjoyed my chicken dinner. I might have a change next week as if i eat to much chicken i will be laying eggs. I might phone the doctors tomorrow and ask him if he can change my tablets as the ones he gave me don't do much good. Glad your day as gone well even though you have been rushing round and that you enjoyed your walk with Charlie and Holly. So now you have your feet up join me in a bubbly cheers my friend. I do hope the doctor can give me something else for my shoulders. But would be better if i could have this trapped nerve out of my neck, but that costs £2000 they don't do it on the NHS I have heard that they are going to have it on the NHS.
Anyway the program i watched last night they are putting one on every Sunday. Ive got a couple of on The UFO PHENOMENON, PSYCHIC POWERs,PSYCHIC VOYAGES and MYSTIC PLACES. I like those kind of things they are intresting.
Well it sounded like a nice walk you had by the beach with a nice warm breeze. I done a few jobs round the house and in the shed. Ive been watching the soaps and having a nice relaxing evening. Im ive not been on all day my friend its that my e-mail is down to on numbers 1 & 2
I went onto e-mail 3 and i was deleating some e-mails and i deleated the h2g2 off that site. I meant to put it back on from my other site but forgot to put it back on. Ive phoned a couple of friends today to send me the h2g2 link but they can't get onto it.
I did manage to get it by 9:00p.m. I did send you an e-mail from my other site. So if you have a e-mail from seancooper its only me:0). Well my friend it is good to message you again. It was a beautiful day yesterday, really hot and it looks like being the same again today. It's 8.15 now and already it is very sunny and very warm.

Goodmorning Cazz
Its nice to get in here today and send you a message:0). The weather is beautiful again, im going down town in a while. When i phoned telewest yesterday they told me as e-mails would be down in a couple of days time for 10 to 15 days. They said they will be doing this in diffrent areas.
Thank you for the cool oj it was so refreshing. when i went to the doctors yesterday he said i have got tennis elbow, he gave me some tablets called VIOXX, i have to take one a day.Well my friend i did'nt sleep to good last night as i was up at 3:15 till 4:00a.m. and i over slept this morning did'nt get up till 9:30a.m. I hope you have a good day today my friend. Heres a for Charlie and Holly i gave Lady and Snowy a cuddle for you as they ejoyed. Anyway my friend you enjoy the day and i'll chat to you later as you say if the system permitting.

it has been red hot here today, very sunny with no breeze at all. I hope it has been good for you too.
I am still unable to get in my main email and I feel like the whole thing is going to pack in at any minute. After what you were told by Telewest it seems that we may not be able to message each other for sometime. I just hope it doesn't happen and that we can continue to either message in here or email. However, if for some reason you don't hear from me you'll know it is because of the system. If it does go off, I will message you or email you again as soon as possible.
Anyway, I really hope the new medication helps with your tennis elbow Did you get what you wanted in town today? I was in this morning but took Mum out this afternoon, she enjoyed it but the heat doesn't help with her breathing.

its took a longer to reply to you my friend:0(. But someone went on my site and deleated my h2g2 link and it took till 11:00p.m. tonight to get a friend to send it to me. Ive heard today as LD is coming back in August that might be why they are upgrading the system. Anyway thank you for your kind words you said in your message.

Well my friend ive only took 2 tablets upto yet as i have only one to be taken a day but my elbow as not been to bad today thank you Cazz mwah. The weather here too as been hot and i got to cut my privet today with my neighbour. I got me 2 American trucks today they are very nice one is a artic black and silver 10wheeler and the other is red and silver thats a 6 wheeler.

How are you this morning, i hope you slept well my friend. I was awake till 2:30a.m. and i got up at 6:30 as i had to go out at 7:00a.m. and wait for the postman to collect the mail out of the postbox as i for got to put a stamp on a letter to a catalogue company. But i must of missed him

Hi Michael, thanks for the lovely messages. It is always good to hear from you. It seems like we are both having the same problems with email. I still cannot get in my main one I hope you are right about LD although I bet if it does come back we have to pay for it.
Anyway, I am late this morning as I had to take Charlie to the vets. He has a sore on the back of his neck which isn't healing. He is now on antibiotics and he had to have an injection to help it stop itching as he keeps scratching it and makes it worse. He has to go back in a week.
It is another gorgeous day, very hot. Hopefully I'll get out in it a bit later on.
I'm sorry to hear you didn't sleep so good, neither did I, I too was awake at 2.30am. It was so hot through the night which didn't help.
Those trucks sound great what you have bought. You deserve them my friend.
I will really miss our messages if email goes off I do hope that if it does go off it isn't for long.

to here that you had a bad nights sleep too yes it was a bit to warm. Heres a nice cold for you as its hot i'll have one with you . Ive not long got back from town i thought i would come on and read your message as you was late and i missed reading it this a.m. Anyway the trucks i brought yesterday was a Kenworth W900 artic blck & silver and a Peterbilt 379 red & silver car transporter, and today i brought a Scania Tanker silver truck with a crome tanker with Shell writen on the side of the tanker with a yellow & red strip acrooss the side. Well my friend im to hear about charlie i hope the cut gets better give him a from me please.

Hi Michael, thanks so much for the message, 's and After the heat today I needed that cold drink.Phew! Has it been hot! Even now is is still very sunny and very warm. I have been busy today and I have not long got in from Asda. The store had been stripped! Everyone must have done their shopping today.
Yeah, I hope Charlie's neck heals soon. He has had his tablet with his tea tonight.

Sounds like you will meet your self coming back keeping busy all the time you are as bad as me aways on the go doing something.

Ive got my trucks on the wall unit at the moment as i will put some shelves up when the council have done their jobs. Sounds like everyone uses asda there as the shelves are nealy empty all the time my friend..lol
I did get round in washing the car. I phoned my mate today and he said he might want me to give him a lift he did'nt say when but i think it might be this Saturday. I think he might want me to drive one of his cars at a wedding as he and his wife own some wedding cars. They have 4 jaguars one rolls royce and another big car. Ive drove once before for him and i'll look forward in driving for him again.
