Have you ever heard of a French singer called Alizee - she's strange, but not bad... the song makes no sense!

Am loving Stereophonics (still!) at the moment as well smiley - biggrin

Wales is a gorgeous land... I'm fond of the Gower peninsular aswell as the mountains... I like a spot of hill walking...

How'd you almost fall down one?

Oh, standing at the top of Mount Cnicht (think that's right) I stumbled and was caught literally hanging over a precipice... and several times on the way down I fell over, the result being a wrenched ankle (which I could walk on for a while, then when we got back to our field centre I took off my walking boots and was ordered not to walk on it anymore...)

A bit of ice did the trick for a while, went skiing and did the same - me and my teacher jokingly threatened to sue the ski centre guy as he'd given me the wrong size boots - needless to say I got free food and drink in the centre all day smiley - biggrin

Last place I went was Yorkshire, up by Malham. Have you ever been?

smiley - laugh I did *spend* a lot of time laughing... or being chronicly afraid of sheep smiley - sheep (sheep farm next to the accomodation...!!!). However I was there to w*rk, and I had lots of lovely measuring to keep me occupied - all geographical, of course. But our teacher had the thickest accent ever, so a lot of time was spent saying "what did he say...?" smiley - laugh

Apart from that, um, we ran around a lake - v beautiful - and slept.

Was great.

*thinks* Other places I've been ... Dorset?
