Well no spam must be a good thing. I had to put filters to my address coz I kept getting loads about motgages and porn. Neither have much of a use for me to be honest.

Is their something wrong with your MSN? You've been marked as online, but away continuously for days now. And at strange times like 4 in the morning, too.

I'm not sure what's up with it. The icon says I'm online at the moment, but sometimes I seem to be signed in somewhere else.

I think maybe the computer keeps me signed in a lot, even if I'm not actually using the computer at the time. And we leave the computer on all the time so it can update itself off the internet.

Try clicking the sign-out button on MSN. Or simply close MSN by right-clicking it in the system try and clicking exit.

Tried that. Still doesn't seem to work. When I go back to the computer it's signed in again.

Okay, try this:

Open MSN, go to tools, options. Select the button marked 'general' on the left side, then make sure the box marked 'allow automatic sign in when connected to internet' is not checked.
