h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Hi and welcome to h2g2.

I'm Captain Kebab and I'm an ACE, or Assistant Community Editor, which means I've volunteered to help greet new researchers and try to make them feel at home here on h2g2.

I don't think I've spoken to anybody from Hawaii before - it seems wonderfully exotic to somebody in rainy industrial England, but you'll probably tell me it's not!

And no, I would not say Hawaii is exotic...at least not Oahu-the island where Waikiki is located. It's pretty much like any other over populated city, just expensive, hot and...with beaches.
