Im still trying to sort out my new craft room. I have to yet, get into the attic for my clothes and find my summery ones for my holiday in a couple of weeks.
I seem to be working on a go slow because of this heat.

I caught too much heat last FridayI spent 45 mins hung over the bathroom sink with an head spinning faster that a spin dryer and honking up - my own fault, I'd gone all day without food or liquid

I've killed my kindle
I've ruined the plug in bit and have had to send it for surgery.
I had got so used to doing everything on there, I had forgotten what to do on my pc

is it going to be costly ?

He has quoted £25.

I have the kindle fire.
The kindle fire hd is now on sale in Argos for £109 and a £10 voucher.
It might be worth considering this one.

But even so its cheaper than what I paid for the one I have.

I bought the kindle fire as an upgrade from the basic cos I had that one for a few years and it was in constant use. I read more than ever.
This new one has internet access and I tend to do those type of things more than use it as a book.

I tend to go back to the old one when I want to read

then it is an asset

but on cost of repair and age of it, look at the pro's and con's of a new replacement one okvalue for money etc

The one that is broke is only 6months old.
The older one is about 3 years+

I went to pick it up on Saturday and it wasn't fixed yet.
I've been crocheting and loombanding and making curtains.
All because I cant play on my kindle

It probably is, but I cant find the box and paperwork. Its buried in the confusion of the room change.
I've taken it to a little man in the local market.
He did mention that he might have to send off to Amazon for the part. which I suppose It would have been easier for me to do.

I don't like fuss and conflict and knowing me, I might buy a new one for less hassle.

could you not take it back to the store you bought it from ? and explain, they should have a record of the saleand even serial number maybe ?

Ive only emptied two big bags and its like Christmas
