havent much time, ive been painting the new part of the floor, and have the bus to catch.

when i have more time.

i have to clear out the junk room and make space for the workman. my airing cupboard cylinder is leaking into the ceiling and dripping through the dining room light fitting.

we need a new cylinder and a new water heating system. its going to eat up into every penny of my savings

i dont have a problem like that, it could only be a burst pipe, i have a combi-boiler in the back hole, near the kitchen.

some good news at last, the credits will be £5 more a week from april. so im in for a weekly amount of £125-50 a week, and thats not with rats small contribution lol

ive finished the tiling thhis afternoon, in the hallway, next i want 28ft of beading for round the skirtings. jimbob xxx

i have finally got things sorted. it took him 2 days to come and sort it out, but now i have both hot water and central heating.
its cost me £330, but it was well worth it.

ive just got to put the bedrooms back in order as i have so much junk that needs moving, to get to the radiators. i really must have a good clearout!!

i have some spare money left over and im tempted to invest in some tins of paint. my house has been neglected for far too long.

ive been painting the skirtingboards and beading this morning.

make sure any gloss paint you get is non drip.or it tends to get all over the place lol.

with being in a housing, house, i dont have to pay if the water or heating goes on me jim xx

there are times when its more beneficial to be in a council house.
you dont think about it as you try and climb the ladder of success. i sometimes wish i was back in the council house i started off in, when i first moved to telford.
this house has been nothing but a jinx with one thing and another and i cant see me being able to sell up just yet.

maybe if i won the millions

the only thing that kept me here in bradford back in 1980,s was that at sometime i would have the house. and a perminent place to live.

like you i would rather be on my own, but rats is still here, we tolerate each other.

he as a girlfriend now, as for a year at least, there is talk that he is planning to marry towards the end of the year, so i could have my house back.

they wanted me to think of buying the house for them, and i said no way. im not ready for sheltered acomm.lol

ive done the tiling in the hallway, beaded and painted the skirting now.

next im thinking of a sheet of hardboard on the linding, with wood effect self adeisive tiles on it, will make easy acsess to the floorboards lol
