While watching a 'The Man in the Sand' on DVD last night, I couldn't shake the feeling that Billy Bragg was a little bit lost. I could recommend the film to most people with more than a passing interest in the roots of popular music, as some of the tunes that Bragg and Wilco come up with for the songs that Guthrie never finished are quite fantastic. It's a real shame when they start pissing and moaning at the end. That they let their 'artistic differences' take over, especially on a project which, as an exploration of another songwriters material, should have little to do with the collaborators egos, really irks me. And how could they pass up the chance to bring the fantastic 'Man in the sand' to fruition.

Oh rubbish. It's not like you've actually seen it, you are just quoting from the Smash Hits review ain't ya?
I'm watching you for further breaches and then litigation shall ensue.

I am at home. See text message. Did u hear about my and my brothers unusual early Christmas prezzie from my Unc Marley?
We got '1' of his '6' which he was given for free by his friend who had £15 of the stuff. It is rather mind blowingly good quality too!!
