Sorry I took my time getting back to you 
Happy New Year 
As for the Rainbow Movement...it "could" be deemed as advertising if you tried to tell all of hootoo about it and it "could" be yikesed...I'm not sure about this...I'd have to gain advice on this.
There are two ways that you could advertise...the first is to do something and submit it to <./>Thepost</.>, or you could do a Guide Entry on it and put it through peer review...eventually, if accepted, it will go onto the front page....
