I've come to the conclusion that parents are the safest option. Always there when you need them.

yesterday was a close call. I'll not deny that. I've talked about it in my journal, but I'll tell you here too.
I seriously considered taking an od yesterday. Just slipping away quietly without having to deal with the fuss and fallout. Mum was on the end of the phone at the time...she was frantic. I feel bad for thinking it now, but yesterday.....I'll leave that to your imagination shall I.
I have vowed never, ever to go that low again...ever. I won't let myself. I'd consumed myself with guilt that perhaps wasn't all of my doing.
It's dealt with now
