Hit the nail right on the head there.....just got a new supply of them yesterday. 100 tablets to last me 2 weeks. (If I'm lucky)

I hope youre getting lactulose or something too then! The first time i had them was after the rather painful repair surgery i had after they botched up when Josh was born.. 10 days later i still hadnt been to the loo..but need to very badly if you know what i mean..turns out if you dont take anything with those your muscles can go into spasm n you can't go ! that wouldn't help your belly pain much..
i know far too much about these things for my age

As long as I take something to make me go every couple of days, the doctor says I should be fine.
What I did find though is that when I wasn't taking the pain killers, my "functions" went completely the other way!! You should have seen me running for the loo!
The problem is though, is I think the problem is with my bowel and my gynae.

I've had this pain on and off for about 7 years, but it has never ever been this bad.
Sometimes it feels like someone has a knife in my gut...I can't speak, move or breathe when it's there.
Someone in work has nicknamed me Monkey because of the noises I make!
I just want it all over and finished with now. I've been "ill" for about 7 weeks now and it's getting me down. Very down.
I can't take any time of sick from work because my "assistant" is off sick atm because she had a row with her boyfriend....It makes me mad sometimes, it really does.
Any chance i could...
Serephina Posted Mar 12, 2004
A row with her boyfriend? seriously? thats not exactly very ill is it!
And they've still not done a proper bowel investigation? after 7 years? basta*ds!
Any chance i could...

Tell me about it!!!!!
As for them not investigating it, they kept saying it was stress and that it would all settle down eventually. I must admit that it wasn't too bad to begin with

I'm a little scared about what they will do to me if they "investigate" this further. Don't fancy going under the knife
