My suggestion is just yikising him.....keep doing it, every time he says something that shouldn't be said.
Eventually, he will be put on pre-mod......if the italics don't like what he writes after being put on pre-mod, he will eventually be banned.
I have yikesed him once or twice myself, so anything he writes that should not be on hootoo, SHOULD be yikesed!
