Head's sorted......father is slowly back on the mend (although he won't actually survive the cancer bit).

and all in all I feel good (how long that lasts remains to be seen)

I went to see my father yesterday afternoon....not sure he knew who I was (or if he did, I don't think he wanted me there).

I'm sure it was the first one hun..

I can't imagine how hard this is for you..

I don't really know much about the condition either so i couldn't say what happens during it..

There's no bad reason i can think of why he would'nt want you there.. Maybe jusy because he didn't want you to see him like that..?

I always though he could never hurt me again, but that is what's happening, whether he means it or not.

I remember you telling me a while ago that you were considering not seeing him just incase he hurt you again..

But would this have been easier if you didn't get back in contact with him and didn't know what was happening..??

....but perhaps she's taken things a little to much to heart.. I don't know her and couldn't possibly comment on that.

After 10 years in a relationship (and believe me, we've had our ups an downs!!) you learn how to do a little of give and take.

You are both still young and perhaps haven't quite found out who you both are yet - I don't know.
