As you saw yesterday. I couldn't come 
Family commitments. It was my grandparents 50th Wedding Anniversary on Saturday (along with a few other things going on).
I'm hoping there will be a Chester meet coming up soon. Do you want to come to that? 
BTW: How drunk did Odo get?

I was sorry tohear that you couldn't come, ODO was very could and din't get noticable 
she even made it to bell ringing with VIP, the morning after, I put her safely back on the train to cardiff..
When's the chester meet, and where's the organising thread, I'll certainly do my best to make it!

As yet we don't know.
It was something for the Flat Cap Society. Someone asked if they could join and asked for a meet in Chester.
I will go and ask at lunch if anyone is interested and when would be good for everyone!!

I have to say that I have made some good friends on hootoo. I gave up in r/l years ago!!

Actually VIP and I discovered we had quiet a few mutal friends, so if we hadn't spent so much time online we might have meet in real life..

I do have to say that even though I have not meet anyone on hootoo, I consider them to be very good friends. Odo being one of them. The other lives in the Netherlands and myself and Odo are hoping to visit him next summer all being well.

I've created a fairly strong bond with him over the past 6 months of talking to him.
Sometimes I do think it is strange to know someone without having met them. My fella thinks I'm crazy!!
