I intend to stop Monday..I stopped last year..for 5 months..&..stupidly started smoking again over christmas..I've no excuses..just plain stupidity..

The smoking thing......not that good......I'm still smoking 
Only one or two a day though which has got to be better than 10-15 a day!!
Good luck with your attempt though, perhaps we could gain strength off each other?

BTW I saw you were talking to Paul Van wotzizname......I don't know why, but I find him quite pushy. I asked a friend to log on as my boyfriend and tell him to leave me alone. I feel quite bad about it now.

Re-Paul Van Dyke..ah..yes..I recognise that name..lol..my conversation with him started when I ACEd him..not heard from him for quite a while..I think he didn't log on for a while..he's a bit overfriendly..but..harmless enough..I think..I have a personal policy of never giving out any details..that are not on my space..i.e. I never give my email addy..so if I get any problems..well..they're just a name on a screen..they can't contact me in any other way..

As for Paul. I think I'll just leave him be. He keeps e-mailing me though asking for me to reply. I can't be bothered so I delete his messages.
It's just something about him tis all.
As for the smoking thing. Not going well at all. I go the clinic tonight to see if they will give me the patches. We shall have to see what happens!!
As for my minder. Are you refering to Herbert? He really is a Cactus that sits on my desk at work. He looks kind of sad though cos I dropped him the other day and he now leans to the left!!
Perhaps I should re-pot him and make him happy.
