Don't just go ther for the Formula 1... I'm going there actually for the Brittish Formula 3 event... (this is the chap who wrote that page on F1 links, along with a ton of other F1 entries... working on more.. and hoping to get them finished and edited soon!)... go and check it out... my good friend from childhood (went to grammer school together) Scott Speed is racing for Alan Docking racing this year (the team that won the title with Robbie Kerr last season). So hopefuly he will do good his first time out... for a yank :P.

Don't worry, I have seen other Formula races during my time. I used to go to Donnington a few years back. I watched bikes and truck racing too!! It's very interesting to see 3 trucks coming down the start/finish straight into Red Gate Corner side by side. By the time they all go past and the dust settles, you notice this huge monster in front of you in the gravel trap. Now thats good fun!!!! 
The only thing about Formula 3 is the smell. They stink!! 
But they are more fun to watch than Formula 1 because they are more evenly matched in power.

Never been to an F1 race... only 18 and live out in California... my father went to several at Long Beach back in the 1970s... was on a formula 5000 pit crew and was a press photographer... so a lot of awesome pit and paddock shots of the drivers, cars, and such... along with good track action. Hopefuly this year I'll be tagging along to the Brittish F3/F1 event, and the U.S.G.P. and perhaps if my father and I can swing it... Moncao!

Very, very, very expensive!!!
OK then, if your dad can afford to take you to Monaco, can he take me as well 
and certainly, if you come to Silverstone, you will have to tell me what you look like, I could keep an eye out for you!! 
Although, it might be futile considering how many people will be there.

The Monaco trip would be with a friend of my fathers... lucky guy woke up one morning worth around 16 million dollars...
And as for finding me at silverstone... I'm a average looking white guy... so I'm sure I'd blend it a tad... unless you've got a keen eye for spotting yanks :P
