good morning vicki 
, hows it going? thought i`d pop in and say hi to my favourite biker 
coz i haven`t stopped to talk lately, you know how things are when you get busy but i just popped in to say have a nice day at work and dont let them get you down, i was told once "keep smiling, because it makes other people wonder what you`ve been upto" 
maybe if you keep that in mind, it actually works, i`ve had people think i`ve won the pools when i`ve come into work with a big grin on my face.
