I have a 1 year old niece called Mary. She loves anything silly.

We bought her a Pooh Bear for her birthday and to make him move you have to hit his head with the rattle!! She loves it.

Nah. That won't work. Kids like silly things.

All nursery rhymes are for are to stimulate the imagination. Making them correct would make them boring.

I can only remember one nursery rhyme that came close to discrimination. When I was little I didn't understand what the word "n****r" meant. Nowadays I say "catch a toad by the toe". It's not fare to ethnic minorities to be treated like that.

I can not remember any children, unless I visit sister's kid. they make remember them.

I saw a thread around here somewhere (can't remember where). A mother was asking for nursery rhymes for her kids. Not a lot of people remember them now.
