It just occurred to me that it would be nice if we had a thread that I could find easily, when there was something that it was worth my while saying - or vice versa, of course. So here's a thread...

I got tonsillitis *feels very sorry for self*

Had it for a week now.

Thought I had flu at first coz I was all achy and wotnot.




I got a soor frote Ivan! I need some tlc.

I couldn't find any tlc at the shops. They had WD-40, but I doubt that it's the same thing...

My nice new house is full of boxes of junk. It looked so much better when it was empty. Maybe I should just trash everything and have open space instead.

That should look just nice on that wall there.

By a strange coincidence, I had a phone call yesterday to let me know that my pictures have been framed and can be collected today. I took these photos 18 years ago, had them enlarged five years ago, and finally I have walls to put them on... Now I have to decide *which* walls.

Those ones are now on the wall just inside the front door, on the left. They fit nicely. Three old photos of Adelaide streetscapes (circa 1900) are at the framers' now. There are still 12 picture-hooks with nothing on them...

Well...I do have quite a lot of sketches of York...they would look very handsome just over there on that wall *points*

Would you like me to send one. They're not particularly big and they're pencil sketchings which makes them a little bit nicer than a colour one.
