Does your nickname have a scottish meaning?..i lived in Scotland for a couple of years..(in Kinross)..i quite liked being called a sassenach....didn't like the bad attitude from a small minority of scots towards me though....but..like i said..it was a small minority..more of the scots poeple were very friendly....
