Bird Nests

12 oz Butterscotch chips
6 oz Chowmein noodles (about 5 cups)
tiny speckled jelly beans

Melt chips in microwave, stir often till smooth.
Stir in noodles to coat.
Drop onto wax paper and form into little nests.
Press jelly beans into center, let cool.

Quick, easy, and they taste good. Me and Jamie make them all the time for school parties and stuff. Now I'm hungry, guess I'll go make some cookies. I hope you are having a nice Saturday night Rita, and doing something entertaining as a young woman should be. Not wasting any time being mad at silly old women, especially ones who bring you their favorite easiest cookie recipes

I just dropped in to correct some broken links in my entries and happened to notice this. I appreciate the gesture. Sorry I haven't been around enough to pursue the peace. I don't suppose it matters anyway. We probably have all benefitted from my absence and I hope to continue those benefits in the future.

I don't know that you're a silly old woman. I'll have to take your word for it then.

Since I am young and silly there might come a time when I become old and silly and then I might be able to relate to such things a little better.
