well, that depends if you want to do multiclasses, such as Warrior/Wisard (cleric) ect.
i think it best if anyone could join the red dragon, its more of a training guild that been orentated for warriors, anyone may take part in the training room. however mabye only warriors may go into the arenas and fight. Heh, i dont really see how mages would want to learn the way of a warrior anyway...

Maybe you could make a rule that non-warriors can only get in when accompanied by a member of the guild. ("Oh, it's OK, he's with me.")

yes, mabye that is a good idea, spectators could go to a gladiator like thing i suppose, those who wish to train may do so with a warrior in the guild, or possibly buy one day passes, while full warriors may join and do anything all the time :P that sounds about right,
