I'm in Bahrain, a island kingdom in the Persian Gulf - oops there I go lapsing into guidesque.
We should be +3hrs but we are fixed to Saudi Riyadh time so it gets light dead early.

Sorry, add an hour to each of those. Bahrain is GMT+3, BST+2.
