My daughter has decided to go to Nottingham University now the die is cast - too late to change now - but she is still muttering about Cardiff!

I'm alright, CG. I haven't got the net at home anymore, which is why I've been so quiet lately.

I've been thinking about college for September (well, nightschool, really), although I'd rather do a month long full time course than a year long part-time sentence. [never liked school]

Jeez, has it been so long? May? Almost three months since I was last here.


Anyway, how's the gang? I'm alright, keeping well, keeping busy.

Still no net at home (I'm at my Ma's at the moment).

It has been a long time!

Everyone is fine - but I have not heard from Seanachie or Beanachie for ages and ages.

I have another h2 name now - CG - for the QQ Night space created for out of hours Questions Questions refugees. Peter is over there as ReadingMan - there is a list of all contributers on the frontpage - you may recognise some names or not - it's been so long.

How was your course? - you were doing one weren't you?

no, nothing planned. i haven't found a course that really tickles my fancy and i don't want to do a course just for the sake of doing a course.

i'm reading plenty, though. since my auntie bought a new sofa and gave me her old one, i've turned into a proper bookworm. (probably explains why i haven't missed the 'net). speaking of which, i checked my emails earlier to find sixty-odd unread messages which i'm gonna have to trawl through sometime. yeesh! they'll mostly be crap or irrelevant, but i'll have to read them all anyway
