i keep spelling your name wrong

i have very noisy neighbours the guy is on drugs and shouts and screams at the top of his voice every swear word you can think of
they have a 3yr old girl who swears like a trooper but then its all shes hearing from him and his mates
the house was allocated to his girlfriend and little girl shes lovely till she opens her mouth
so by rights he shouldnt be there so its him we want out

its a shame for the wee one she didnt ask to be born into that
the quicker he is gone the better i dont have good health and the girl above them has ms the people over the road have complained about him as well so you'll know how bad it is and the wee one is still running around at 12 midnight i'm sure she has tackity boots on and there are no carpets its pure hell here
i'm not moving ive lived here over 30yrs and i'm staying put
well i'm off to have a

Hang on in there Jinty. Theres one born (or in yer mans case hatched) every minute. What a shame he had to come and roost above you.
He may be mad enough to turn the taps on... but is he bright enough to think of it I wonder?

And where will "they" put this addict Shhhh? Unfortunately, it isn't a criminal offence to be an addict of any description... only if you're caught buying or supplying. And unless the stupid soandso actually *wants* to kick the habit, all the compulsory re hab in the world won't stop him.

And alas, even if he *did* want to stop, chances are, they'd wean him off his habit with a legal drug whose name escapes me, but is even more addictive than the original fix... and after a few months clean, he gets turfed back into "caring"(hah!) society with no back up, no regular prescription and absolutely no re education as to how to cope without needing to escape reality again.

Thus the whole sorry saga kicks off again, and people like Jinty get the fall out.

Re education - indeed, ANY form of education has got to be the answer... but where the hell do you start?

and when i sat and thought about it
it could so easily have been one of my sons but thank god they had more sense
as they say" there but for the grace of god go i" and its true

i can get rid of my problem --him---but will he ever be able to get rid of his-- i doubt it--

its a viscous circle he'll stop being my problem but he'll become someone elses

i dont think i should be having to put up with this at my time of life but then the world is not the ideal place we would all like it to be so jinty grin and bear it
